Why does the live CPS number during the test look different from my final score?
The live number divides your click count by however many seconds have actually elapsed so far, but the final score divides by the full test duration — a fast start can show an inflated live CPS that settles down by the end.
Is my best score saved if I switch durations?
Yes — each duration (1s, 5s, 10s, 100s) keeps its own separate best score in your browser's local storage, so switching duration doesn't overwrite your other bests.
