Email Signature Generator

A clean, professional email signature โ€” copy the rendered version straight into Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail. No account, no logo upload to a server.

Tip: click "Copy signature," then paste directly into your email client's signature settings box (Gmail: Settings โ†’ General โ†’ Signature) โ€” it keeps the formatting.

How it works

Your fields are assembled into an inline-styled HTML table or div (depending on the Stacked or Side rule layout), with the accent color applied directly to the job-title text or a left border โ€” "Copy signature" then writes that HTML plus a plain-text fallback to your clipboard in one call, so pasting into an email client's signature box preserves the formatting.

FAQ

Why does "Copy signature" work better than copying the preview text myself?
That button writes both an HTML version and a plain-text fallback to the clipboard using the Clipboard API's multi-format write, so pasting into Gmail's or Outlook's signature box keeps the bold text, colors, and layout. Manually selecting and copying the preview can lose formatting depending on the browser.
Why is the signature preview shown on a white background even in dark mode?
Email signatures are rendered inside inline HTML with hardcoded colors like #1c1917 for the name, meant to look correct inside an email client's white compose window โ€” not to match this page's theme. The preview box is fixed to white so what you see is what recipients will actually get.
