Paste two JSON documents and see a structural diff - not a line diff, a real key-by-key comparison.
How it works
Both documents are parsed with JSON.parse(), then the checker recursively walks the union of every key across matching objects, flagging each one as added, removed, or changed. Nested objects are recursed into so a change deep inside shows up at its own dotted path, but arrays are compared as whole values with JSON.stringify() rather than element by element.
FAQ
Does it show which specific array item changed, like tags[2]?
No — arrays are compared as a single serialized value, so if anything inside an array changes, gets added, or is reordered, the whole array shows up as one "changed" line with the full before and after array, not an index-by-index diff.
Does key order matter when comparing two objects?
No — keys from both objects are collected into a set before comparison, so {"a":1,"b":2} and {"b":2,"a":1} come back with zero differences; only actual additions, removals, and value changes are reported.
