Free resume builder

How it works

There's no PDF export code here at all — "Print / Save as PDF" opens your browser's own print dialog: a print stylesheet hides everything except the resume and strips the dashed input borders, then window.print() takes over, and choosing "Save as PDF" as the destination is what actually produces the file. Every field is just an editable input or textarea, so nothing is ever uploaded or converted on a server.

FAQ

Does this tool generate a PDF file directly?

No — it relies entirely on your browser's built-in print-to-PDF feature; there's no PDF-generation library involved, so the exact output quality depends on your browser's own print engine.

Will my resume content be saved if I close the tab?

No — the fields hold their content only in the page's memory for that session; there's no autosave or local storage, so reloading or closing the tab resets everything back to the placeholder example.
