World clock

Current time in cities around the world, side by side.

How it works

Each city card reads its current time from the browser's Intl.DateTimeFormat API using that city's IANA time zone identifier (like Europe/London or Asia/Tokyo), refreshing every second, and your chosen list of cities is saved to localStorage so it's still there next time you open the page.

FAQ

Why is Mumbai's time zone listed as Asia/Kolkata?
IANA time zone identifiers are named after a reference city for each zone, not every city that shares its offset — India uses a single national time zone, and its canonical IANA name is Asia/Kolkata.
Does removing a city delete it permanently?
No — it only removes it from your saved list in this browser's local storage; any of the 20 built-in cities can be re-added from the dropdown at any time.
