Meeting Time Planner

Add everyone you need to meet with, each in their own timezone and working hours — the grid below shows exactly when your windows overlap, so you can stop guessing.

People

Display timezone

How it works

Each person's working-hours window is defined in their own local timezone. For every hour of the reference day in your chosen display timezone, the planner uses the browser's Intl.DateTimeFormat with each person's IANA timezone identifier to work out what their local wall-clock time actually is at that exact moment, then checks whether it falls inside their working-hours window. It repeats that for all 24 hours and all people, then intersects the results: hours where everyone's window is open are marked as full overlap, and everything else is shaded by how many people are free at that hour.

FAQ

Does this planner account for daylight saving time automatically?
Yes — each person's working hours are converted using the browser's Intl.DateTimeFormat with that timezone's IANA identifier for today's actual date, so the real DST rules in effect right now are applied automatically rather than a fixed UTC offset that would be wrong for half the year.
What if two people are in timezones almost a full day apart?
When two zones are close to 12 hours apart (like California and India), typical 9-to-5 windows may never overlap at all — the planner will say so plainly and, if there's at least a little overlap, highlight the best partial-overlap hours instead of just showing an empty grid.
